1.The enterprise should be the one who get legally registered, with a fixed business locations, a product license for distribution, and a resident institutions in responsible distribution area.
2.Sales experience of related products,without serious adverse record.
3.A sound financial management system, good bank credit rating and standing, without bad record. 
4.Good sales network and service ability in the sales territory.
5.A certain influence in the local market.

Responsibilities of Exclusive Dealerships
1.Fulfilling the targets as per exclusive distributorship agreement;
2.Reporting timely and regularly the market information to the authorized party about the demand changes for the authorized products , like competitor's products, price,channel,promotion, service and other business changes etc;
3.Conducting advertising campaign actively and adequately to promote the sales .
4.Carrying out other obligations stipulated in exclusive distributionship agreement.

• General Dealerships

4. A certain sales network and service ability in the sales territory.

Responsibilities of General Dealerships
1.Fulfiling the targets as per general distribution agreement;
2.Reporting timely and regularly the market information to the authorized party about the demand changes for the authorized products , like competitor's products, price,channel,promotion, service and other business changes etc;
